Data Entry Specialist – Regulatory and Order Management / Part-Time Remote Position

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Data Entry Specialist to support our operations by accurately entering, managing, and maintaining data across multiple platforms. This role will be responsible for handling order entry, extracting product and customer data, and managing submissions through regulatory and compliance portals, including retail, SPS, SAP, WERCS, Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) systems. The ideal candidate will have strong data accuracy skills, familiarity with compliance reporting, and the ability to manage multiple systems efficiently.

Responsibilities:

· Accurately enter customer orders, product details, and transactional information into company systems and external portals.

· Extract and compile data from internal databases and external sources for reporting and compliance purposes.

· Manage and maintain submissions on regulatory portals such as WERCS and EPR platforms to ensure compliance with state, federal, and international requirements.

· Monitor data quality, verify accuracy, and resolve discrepancies in records.

· Collaborate with compliance, supply chain, and customer service teams to ensure timely and accurate data submissions.

· Track and maintain documentation related to regulatory filings, certifications, and extended producer responsibility programs.

· Provide regular updates and reports to management on data status, portal submissions, and compliance deadlines.

· Support audits, regulatory inquiries, and customer requests by providing accurate records and documentation.

Skills:

  • Proven experience in data entry, order management, or regulatory reporting.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Excel, Word, and data management tools.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and verification.
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with integrity.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across departments.

Compensation:

  • $25 per hour
