About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Part-Time Remote Administrative Assistant to provide exceptional support to our team. This is a crucial role that requires a proactive and organized individual who can manage a variety of administrative tasks efficiently and independently. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator with a knack for anticipating needs and a proven ability to thrive in a remote work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Calendar & Meeting Management:
    • Manage and maintain schedules for team members and executives.
    • Schedule and coordinate virtual meetings, including sending invitations and preparing agendas.
    • Ensure all attendees have necessary materials and information beforehand.
  • Communication & Correspondence:
    • Handle incoming emails, prioritizing and responding to inquiries as appropriate.
    • Draft, proofread, and edit professional correspondence, reports, and presentations.
    • Serve as a point of contact for internal and external communications.
  • Administrative & Data Support:
    • Perform data entry and maintain accurate digital records and databases.
    • Organize and manage digital files and documents using cloud-based systems.
    • Conduct online research and compile information as needed.
  • General Support:
    • Assist with special projects and other administrative tasks as assigned.
    • Provide support to team members to ensure a smooth workflow.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Virtual Assistant, or a similar role.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and a strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in common office software and tools, including:
    • Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
    • Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Calendar, Gmail)
    • Virtual meeting platforms (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams)
    • Project management software (e.g., Trello, Asana)
  • The ability to work independently and manage time effectively with minimal supervision.
  • A reliable internet connection and a dedicated remote workspace.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; an Associate's or Bachelor's degree is a plus.
