Part-Time Remote Work – Call Center Agents in Florida

We’re an appointment-setting call center looking for people with outbound call center experience who love connecting with customers and setting quality appointments. What You’ll Do:

• Call homeowners with specific home improvement needs
• Set qualified appointments while meeting performance goals
• Work a fixed schedule (you choose your hours within company availability)

What We’re Looking For:

• Prior outbound call center experience (appointment setting preferred)
• Strong listening skills and professional phone manner
• Able to talk on the phone while using a computer for long periods
• Minimum 35 WPM typing speed
• Florida residency required

• Competitive hourly pay + increase after 30 days

• PTO after 90 days – part-time or full-time

Technical Requirements:

• High-speed wired internet (no Wi-Fi)
• Windows 10+ with at least 8GB RAM and 2GHz processor
• Webcam for training/meetings
