Key Responsibilities

Administrative Support:
- Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, including preparing sales proposals, contracts, and presentations.
- Manage and update customer information and sales data in the CRM system.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments for the sales team.

Client Communication:
- Serve as a point of contact for customer inquiries related to sales, product availability, and order status.
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback.

Process Management:
- Track and monitor sales orders from creation to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as logistics and accounting, to resolve any issues that may arise during the sales cycle.
- Generate and analyze sales reports to help the team identify trends and opportunities.
Qualifications & Skills
- Proven experience in a sales support, administrative, or customer service role.
- Strong proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote setting.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is a plus.
